Ahwatukee waterfront lake communities and homes

Lakefront property nestled in the Ahwatukee Foothills of Phoenix Bordered by south mountain park to the north, Ahwatukee was annexed by the city of Phoenix between 1978 and 1987. However, this unique community prides itself on it’s own identity even though it may have a Phoenix address.

Southwood Home Buyers Want Smaller And Cheaper

The Southwood Subdivision is the most active neighborhood in Tallahassee in terms of number of homes sold each year (according to the Tallahassee Board of REALTORs Multiple Listing Service (MLS) ), so I like to look at it from time to time. So this morning I figured it was time. Paralleling the rest of the Tallahassee housing market , Southwood is seeing reduced unit sales and dropping prices.
