We are making an appeal to all past, current and even future Blogging BootCamp students. Dakno client Brian Chase needs your help. Plus, by casting your vote for Brian and his Charlottesville Real Estate Blog you’ll be helping a worthy cause at the same time! The Virginia Association of REALTORS® is hosting the VAR Buzz Blog Brawl 2. This “spirited” blog competition includes real estate blog entries exclusively from the state of Virginia. Here is the great news! Brian and his Chase Team Real Estate Blog has made it to round #3 of this four round competition!

Brian Get’s Creative!

In round #2, Brian suggested for each vote cast for his C’Ville Real Estate Blog he would donate $1 to Toys for Tots. That was a stroke of genius. Inspired by Brian’s generosity, the team here at Dakno has decided to follow Brian’s lead. For every vote cast for Brian’s C’Ville Real Estate Blog in round #3 we will give $1 per vote (max of $200)!

Deadline Ends 2pm Tuesday November 25th

Time is of the essence, so cast your vote today. You can go to the VAR Buzz blog or use the form below to cast your vote. Thanks for making this holiday season a little brighter for those less fortunate!

It’s hard to believe but another Dakno Blogging Bootcamp has just been completed. What started on the second week of August has culminated with the final session recently concluded on this past Thursday (10-2-08). I have to say this recent batch of real estate bloggers was one of our most attentive and aggressive group we have seen to date. Many of our students already have their real estate blogs humming right along putting to good use the principals and best practices previously discussed during our 8 weeks of intensive blog training. It’s so gratifying to see our clients experience so much success.

Speaking of Blogging Bootcamp Success Stories!

Brad and I love to sing the praises of our past students and boy have I got a terrific success story to share with you. A recent graduate of Blogging Bootcamp signed up for a Dakno SwiftBlog about 3 months ago. This student’s goal was to aggressively post once a week on the various waterfront property communities in the Phoenix, and Gilbert, Arizona real estate market. Well, after holding true to his commitment, this agent recently received a correspondence from a prominent website and TV network wanting to interview him about his successes as a waterfront property expert. This well-known entity will be using portions of their interview (and blog link love too) for their upcoming special feature on their website spotlighting waterfront properties.

More to Come Soon on “The WHO & The HOW”

While I can’t share all the juicy details at this time (this agent is currently in discussions with the network), I can say this agent is most proud of his accomplishments as a result of what he has learned at Blogging Bootcamp plus his new Dakno SwiftBlog. Combined together, these two powerful services and products have helped propel this agent into the “limelight”. I’ll let him share how the bootcamp paired with his SwiftBlog has helped him penetrate the search engines and reach out to consumers (and the media!). I’ll be “revealing” this agent’s identity as well as hopefully ask him to tell his own success story about his Blogging Bootcamp experience soon. In the meantime, can you guess who it was?

When is the Next Blogging Bootcamp?

Our staff at Dakno has received many inquiries recently from interested blogging real estate agents all over the US and Canada asking when the next Blogging Bootcamp will be held. Because of the challenges of scheduling around the holidays, we have decided to roll out a whole new edition of Blogging Bootcamp shortly after the first of the year. For those of you who have called, don’t worry, we will be contacting you soon providing all the scheduling details.

Sign up NOW for the 2009 New Edition of Blogging Bootcamp!

Due to the popularity of this “one-of-a-kind” Blogging Bootcamp, we encourage you to SIGN-UP NOW for the next 8 week bootcamp! Details of the 2009 edition of Blogging Bootcamp will released will be released soon!

Keep on blogging,
